POONGLIM Pharmatech Inc. (CEO Cho Hee-min), a medical device manufacturer, was selected as the 2021 Korea Job Best Company organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and received a certification plaque in the name of the president.

Korea's top job companies have been selected since 2018 to encourage, share, and spread good job creation results, and are finally selected after on-site due diligence, collecting opinions from labor and management organizations, and expert review.

POONGLIM Pharmatech Inc., headquartered in the Gunsan Free Trade Area, has applied for a number of patent registration, design registration, and trademark registration, and supplies medical supplies to more than 70 domestic pharmaceutical companies and hospitals.

In particular, POONGLIM Pharmatech Inc. was selected as the best job company in recognition of its efforts to build a smart factory mass-production system that can produce more than 10 million COVID-19 vaccine syringes a month and continue mass production.

POONGLIM Pharmatech Inc. selected 8 (26.7%) as youth jobs out of 30 employees in 2019, and the increase in youth employment is steadily increasing to 39 (52.7%) out of 74 employees in 2020.

In addition, all 104 people hired from 2019 to 2020 are full-time employees, and as of March 2021, 195 (52.1%) of 374 female workers are continuing their efforts to create female jobs.

In addition, POONGLIM Pharmatech Inc. has been recognized for its technology, with the "Minimum Residual Type (LDS) Syringe" case jointly supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Public Procurement Service, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety winning the Prime Minister's Award in the first half of 2021.

In addition, executives and employees who played a leading role in the development of the "Minimum Remaining Type (LDS) Syringe" became the first protagonists of the government's "Korean New Deal Person of the Month" category.
